국문 초록

본 연구는 생태관광지 물리적 서비스스케이프가 방문객의 장소애착과 행동의도에 미치는 영향과 함께 물 리적 서비스스케이프와 행동의도 사이에서 장소애착의 매개효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 거문오름 생태 관광지 방문객 305명이 응답한 설문조사를 바탕으로 SPSS 27.0과 AMOS 23을 활용하여 실증분석을 시행하였고 매개효과는 부트스트랩 분석을 적용하였다. 분석 결과 물리적 서비스스케이프의 하위변수인 편의성과 쾌적성은 장소애착의 하위변수인 장소정체성과 장소의존성에 유의미한 영향을 나타낸 반면 물리적 서비스스케이프의 공 간 활용성은 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 장소정체성과 장소의존성은 모두 행동의도에 유의미한 영향을 미 쳤다. 또한 쾌적성은 행동의도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 아울러, 장소애착은 편의성 및 쾌적성과 행동의도 사이 에서 유의미한 매개효과를 미쳤다. 이러한 연구 결과는 생태관광지 서비스스케이프 분야에 새로운 이론적 모델 제시와 학술적 연구 범위를 확대하였을 뿐만 아니라 생태관광지와 그 관광자원에 대한 개발과 발전에 기여할 수 있는 시사점을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study is to clarify the effects of ecotourism physical servicescape on visitors’ place attachment and behavioral intention. Also, this study intended to analyze mediating effects of the place attachment on the relationships between physical servicescpae and behavioral intention. To do that, SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 23 were utilized for empirical analysis using 305 valid survey answers received from Geomunoreum ecotourism. Also, bootstrapping was applied to analyze mediating effects. The results of analysis showed that convenience and comfort as sub-factors of the physical servicescape had positive effects on place identity and place dependence as sub-factors of the place attachment. Also, place identity and place dependence had positive effects on behavioral intention. Moreover, comfort had positive effects on behavioral intention. Further, place attachment had positive mediating effects between convenience and behavioral intention as well as comfort and behavioral intention. The results of this study would provide a new theoretical model and expand the scope of servicescape analysis. Also, it would provide advantageous implications to develop ecotourism and its resources.
