국문 초록

The Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC Seventh National Congress) was held at a crucial moment when the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression was about to be won, shouldering the mission of summarizing experience, unifying thoughts, strengthening discipline, uniting the entire Party and striving for victory. The Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China has accumulated important experience in political discipline, organizational discipline, mass discipline, institutionalization of discipline construction and intra-Party education. Through measures such as establishing organizational discipline like the “Four Obediences”, strengthening the unity of political discipline and emphasizing the purpose awareness of mass discipline, it has laid a solid foundation for the Party’s discipline construction. The Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China has significant implications for contemporary discipline construction, including promoting discipline construction through a balance of rewards and punishments, strengthening discipline construction with the power of systems, safeguarding the authority of discipline through strict enforcement of discipline, consolidating the defense line of discipline through strict supervision, and enhancing discipline awareness with the power of education. It emphasizes the importance of building a modern intra-Party discipline system. These historical experiences and inspirations provide useful references and lessons for the Party’s discipline construction in the new era.

영문 초록

中国共产党第七次全国代表大会（中共七大）召开于抗日战争即将胜利的关键时刻，肩负着总结经验、统一思想、加强纪律、团结全党、争取胜利的使命。中共七大在政治纪律、组织纪律、群众纪律、纪律建设制度化和党内教育等方面积累了重要经验，通过确立“四个服从”等组织纪律、强化政治纪律的统一性、强调群众纪律的宗旨意识等措施，为党的纪律建设奠定了坚实基础。中共七大对当代纪律建设具有重要启示，包括以奖惩并重推动纪律建设、以制度之力强化纪律建设、以执纪之严维护纪律权威、以监督之严筑牢纪律防线和以教育之力强化纪律意识，强调构建现代党内纪律体系的重要性。这些历史经验和启示为新时代党的纪律建设提供了有益的参考和借鉴。
