국문 초록

본 연구는 미중 전략경쟁과 글로벌 공급망 재편이 심화되는 가운데, 한국과중국 간 공급망 구조 변화의 실증적 양상을 분석하고 이에 대한 전략적 대응방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 분업계수(CS), 일관성계수(CC), 무역결합도(TCD), 산업내무역지수(GL Index) 등 복합적 지표를 활용하여 한중공급망 구조의 변화 추이를 분석하였다. 아울러 아세안 9개국과 남아시아 3개국을 포함한 지역가치사슬(RVC)의 관점에서 공급망 재편 과정에 대한 동태적분석을 수행하였다. 특히 화학, 기계, 전자, 운송기기 등 주요 첨단기술 산업군별로 구조변화의 이질성과 특수성을 고찰함으로써 산업별 맞춤형 전략 도출이가능하도록 하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 한국의 공급망 복원력 제고, 핵심 기술 자립화, 공급선 지역 다변화와 같은 정책적 시사점을 구체적으로 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Amid intensifying U.S.-China strategic rivalry and the reorganization of global supply chains, this study investigates the evolving structure of supply chains between South Korea and China through an empirical lens. Utilizing a composite set of quantitative indicators—including the Co-specialization Index (CS), Consistency Coefficient (CC), Trade Complementarity Degree (TCD), and Grubel-Lloyd Index (GL Index)—the research captures key structural shifts in bilateral industrial linkages. Furthermore, a dynamic analysis is conducted within the broader framework of East Asian regional value chains (RVCs), incorporating nine ASEAN countries and three South Asian economies. By examining heterogeneous transformation patterns across major high-tech industries—specifically chemicals, machinery, electronics, and transportation equipment—the study identifies sector-specific features and implications. Based on the findings, the paper offers concrete policy suggestions to enhance Korea’s supply chain resilience, promote self-sufficiency in strategic technologies, and diversify sourcing destinations in the context of regional and global supply chain realignment.
