국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 유아 대상 자연-통합예술치료(N-IAT)의 개념을 정립하여 이론적 기반을 만드는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 유아교육 현장에서의 교육적 의미 및 치료적 의미를 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법: 자연-통합예술치료(N-IAT)의 개념 정립을 위하여 첫째, 자연환경의 치료적 개념과 관 련된 주요 이론을 5가지 관점에서 정리하고, 자연기반 통합적 예술치료 관련 연구들 을 정리하였다. 둘째, 자연-통합예술치료(N-IAT)의 교육적 의미를 4가지로 분류하여 표로 제시하였다. 셋째, 유아 대상 자연-통합예술치료(N-IAT)의 치료적 의미를 연구 순서대로 정리하고 관련 국내외 선행연구들을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 자연-통합예술치료(N-IAT)는 ‘자연 속에서의 자유로운 놀이와 그림, 움직임, 소리, 시 등 다양한 예술을 매개로 하여, 유아의 정서 조절 등 전인적 발달을 목표로 하는 통 합적 치료 접근방법’으로 정의할 수 있다. 또한 자연환경 자체가 치료적 효과가 있 으며 인지 및 창의성 발달, 신체 발달, 사회성 발달, 정서 발달 및 조절 등 유아의 전인적 발달을 지원하는 효과적인 교육 및 치료 방안이 될 수 있다. 연구결론: 본 연구는 자연-통합예술치료의 개념을 정립하고 유아교육 현장에서 교육 및 치료 프로그램으로서의 가능성이 있음을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 프로그램 계획, 설계, 실 행 안내는 물론 교사 대상 교육 등 지원이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to establish the concept of Nature-Integrated ArtTherapy (N-IAT) for young children and to build its theoretical foundation. Based onthis, the study also aims to explore its educational and therapeutic implications inearly childhood education settings. Methods: To establish the concept of Nature-Integrated Art Therapy (N-IAT), first, fiveperspectives on major theories related to the therapeutic concept of the naturalenvironment were organized, and studies on nature-based integrative art therapywere reviewed. Second, the educational implications of N-IAT were classified into fourcategories and presented in a table. Third, the therapeutic implications of N-IAT foryoung children were organized in the order of the research process, and relateddomestic and international prior studies were analyzed. Results: N-IAT can be defined as “an integrative therapeutic approach that uses various arts-suchas free play, drawing, movement, sound, and poetry in natural settings-as a medium topromote holistic development in young children, including emotional regulation.” Inaddition, the natural environment itself has therapeutic effects and can serve as aneffective educational and therapeutic method to support the holistic development ofyoung children in areas such as cognitive and creative development, physicaldevelopment, social development, and emotional development and regulation. Conclusion: his study establishes the concept of N-IAT and presents its potential as an educationaland therapeutic program in early childhood education settings. To achieve this, supportsuch as program planning, design, implementation guidelines, and teacher training isnecessary.
