국문 초록

시설경비원의 과거 사건충격과 스트레스 및 소진에 관한 연구는 민간경비학 분야에서 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 이유로 시설경비원의 사건충격, 스트레스, 소진의 관련성에 대한 논의가 제한될 수 밖에 없었다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 시설경비원이 업무 수행 시 발생하는 사건충격이 스트레스 및 소진에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 이 연구를 위하여 연구대상자는 경기도 소재 경호 · 경비회사에 재직중인 시설경비원을 유의표집법을 활용하여 200명을 추출하였고 최종분석에 사용된 사례수는 164명이다. 설문지의 타당도 및 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 경호안전학 박사 3명으로 구성된 전문가 회의를 거쳐 수정·보완 후, 요인 및 신뢰도 분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 이에 따라 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 시설경비원의 사건충격은 직무스트레스에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 전반적으로 과거의 사건충격이 클수록 보상, 상사·동료·부하, 역할모호성, 환경스트레스는 높다. 둘째, 시설경비원의 직무스트레스는 소진에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 사건충격에 대한 침투와 회상과 과격성이 클수록 소진은 심화된다. 셋째, 시설경비원의 직무스트레스는 소진에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 직무스트레스가 클수록 소진은 심화된다. 이상의 내용을 토대로 제언을 하면 학술적 측면에서는 민간경비원들에게 적합한 사건충격 측정도구를 개발하는 작업이 필요할 것이다. 왜냐하면 이 연구에서는 타 분야에서 활용한 측정도구를 활용하였으므로, 민간경비원들의 사건충격을 완벽하게 설명해줄 수 있다고 단언할 수 없기 때문이다. 현장적용 측면에서는 경호경비회사에서는 사건충격 검사를 통하여 해당 경비원들의 스트레스 감소와 소진 예방을 위하여 심리적 상담 프로그램을 운영할 필요가 있을 것이다. 뿐만 아니라, 여가활동을 통하여 과거 사건충격을 완화시킬 수 있는 복지프로그램도 함께 고려해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

A study on a private security guard's past event shock, stress and exhaustion is actually in an early stage at the field of civil guard science. For that reason, discussions on the relation of a private security guard's past event shock, stress and exhaustion was compelled to be limited. from this respect. this study makes an attempt to explore private security guards' and security guards' impact from accidents occurring during their performance of work on stress and exhaustion. For the end, the research subjects were selected from 200 peoples of facilities security guards working at guard and security companies located in Gyeonggi-do using a significant sampling method, and the number of cases used for the final analysis was 164 people. To verify the validity and credibility of the questionnaire sheet, the data was modified and complemented through an expert meeting composed of three guard safety doctors, and verified through factor and credibility analysis. Hereby following conclusion was extracted. First facilities security guards' impact from accidents influences job stress. Namely, as a whole, the larger the past accident impact, the higher compensation, superiors, colleagues and subordinates, role vagueness, and environmental stress. Second, facilities security guards' impact from accidents influences exhaustion. That is, the larger invasion, recollection and violence to accident impact, the more intensified. Third, facilities security guards' job stress influences exhaustion. That is, the larger job stress, the intensified exhaustion. Suggested on the basis of the above contents, it will ne necessary to develop a measurement tool of event shock fit for private security guards. Since this study utilized the measurements tools used by other field, so it can't be affirmed that they could perfectly explain private security guards' event shock. From the respect of application to the sceneit will be necessary to a psychological counselling program to reduce guards' stress and prevent exhaustion, and a welfare program to alleviate past event shock through leasure activity.
