국문 초록

각막굴절 교정 수술 인구가 증가하면서 원추 각막의 조기 진단이 점점 중요해지고, 각막형태검사와 각막 단층촬영 기기의 발달로원추 각막 진단의 정확도는 개선되고 있다. 또한, 딥러닝(deep-learning) 인공지능(artificial intelligence) 기술도 원추 각막 조기 진단의 민감도 증대에 도움을 주고 있다. 본 종설은 최신 진단 업데이트를 통해 원추 각막 진단 수준을 평가하고 각 진단 장비 간 정확도를비교 분석하고자 한다.

영문 초록

As corneal refractive surgery has become popular, the significance of early diagnosis of keratoconus has also increased. Advances in corneal topography and tomography have improved the accuracy of keratoconus diagnosis. Furthermore, deep learning artificial intelligence technology enhances the sensitivity of keratoconus diagnosis. This review aimed to update the methods of keratoconus diagnosis using the latest diagnostic techniques and compare the accuracy of indices from various diagnostic instruments.
