국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 대학생의 진로결정과 진로성숙도에 따라 잠재프로파일을 분석하고, 자아존중감과 자기효능감이 각 프로파일에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 통해 대학생들이 서로 다른 진로 특성을 가지고 있음을 파악하고, 자아존중감과 자기효능감이 진로발달 과정에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 연구방법: 한국고용정보원의 청년패널조사(YP2007) 14차년도 데이터를 활용하여, 대학생 924명자료를 대상으로 잠재프로파일분석(Latent Profile Analysis, LPA)을 실시하였다. 또한 R3STEP 방법을 사용하여 자아존중감과 자기효능감이 잠재프로파일에 미치는 예측력을 검토하였다. 연구결과: 대학생의 진로결정과 진로성숙도에 따라 ‘결단형 계획자’, ‘탐색형 성장자’, ‘갈등형 모색자’, ‘미결정 독립자’ 등 4개의 잠재프로파일이 도출되었다. 자아존중감과 자기효능감이 높은 학생일수록 진로 결정과 성숙에 있어 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 각 프로파일 간의 차별적인 영향이 있음을 확인하였다. 학술적 기여: 본 연구는 대학생 집단 내 다양한 진로 특성을 잠재프로파일분석으로 심층적으로 분석하여, 자아존중감과 자기효능감이 진로결정 및 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향력을 규명하였다는 데 의의가 있다. 이를 통해 맞춤형 진로상담 프로그램 설계의 기초 자료를 제공하고, 대학생의 진로 발달 지원 전략 수립에 기여할 수 있는 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

Research Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze latent profiles based on university students' career decision levels and career maturity, and to examine the influence of self-esteem and self-efficacy on each profile. Through this, the study aims to identify the different career characteristics among university students and to clarify how self-esteem and self-efficacy affect their career development process. Research Method: Using data from the Korean Youth Panel Survey(YP2007), a Latent Profile Analysis (LPA) was conducted with 924 university students. Additionally, the R3STEP method was used to examine the predictive effects of self-esteem and self-efficacy on the latent profiles. Research Results: Four latent profiles were derived based on university students' career decision levels and career maturity: 'Decisive Planner,' 'Exploring Grower,' 'Conflict Seeker,' and 'Undecided Independent.' It was found that students with higher self-esteem and self-efficacy had more positive outcomes in career decision and maturity, and the differential influence of these variables across profiles was confirmed. Academic Contribution: This study makes a significant contribution by deeply analyzing the diverse career characteristics within the university student population through Latent Profile Analysis. It clarifies the impact of self-esteem and self-efficacy on career decision-making and maturity. The findings provide foundational data for designing tailored career counseling programs and offer practical implications for developing strategies to support university students' career development.
