요양보호사의 교육요구도에 대한 주제범위 문헌고찰(Scoping Review)

국문 초록

본 연구는 2015년부터 2024년까지 요양보호사의 교육 요구도와 관련된 국내 학술지 논문을 주제범위 문헌고찰의 연구방법으로 분석하여 앞으로의 연구 및 실무에 방향성을 제시하고자 수행되었다. Arksey와 O’Malley의 방법론적 기틀인 주제범위 문헌고찰 5단계를 활용하여 고찰을 수행하였다. 최종 분석에 포함된 연구는 19편으로 문헌의 일반적 특성은 문헌들의 출판유형, 연도별 분포, 연구방법, 연구지역으로 구성하여 분석하였으며, 요양보호사 양성 표준교재 내용과 수업설계모형에 따라 요양보호사 교육요구도를 분석하였다. 연도별 분포는 2015~2019년은 47.4%, 2020~2024년은 52.6%로 각 연도별로 비슷한 분포를 보였다. 응급상황 대처 및 감염관리가 교육요구도 연구가 가장 많았고 치매 요양보호, 노인의 인권과 보호, 임종 요양보호, 요양보호사의 인권보호 순으로 나타났다. 수업설계모형에 따른 교육요구도는 현장에서 실제적인 대처가 가능한 이론과 실습내용, 실무경험이 풍부한 전문성 있는 강사, 현장감 있는 반복학습이 가능한 온라인 교육에 대한 요구도 연구가 있었다. 앞으로의 연구는 요양보호사의 교육요구도가 높은 영역에서의 구체적이고 실제적으로 대처가 가능한 교육내용, 실무경험이 풍부한 강사, 현장감 있는 온라인 교육프로그램의 개발 및 연구가 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study conducted a scoping review of South Korean academic articles published between 2015 and 2024 to analyze the educational needs of care workers and provide direction for future research and practice. Using Arksey and O’Malley’s five-stage methodological framework for scoping reviews, a total of 19 studies were included in the final analysis. The general characteristics of the literature were analyzed based on publication type, yearly distribution, research methods, and study regions. The educational needs of care workers were analyzed based on the content of standardized care worker training textbooks and instructional design models. The annual distribution indicated that 47.4% of studies were conducted between 2015 and 2019, and 52.6% between 2020 and 2024, showing a relatively even spread across the two periods. The most frequently studied educational needs were emergency response and infection control, followed by dementia care, elderly rights and protection, end-of-life care, and the protection of care workers' rights. Educational needs based on instructional design models included studies on the demand for theoretical and practical content that enables real-world application, experienced and specialized instructors with professional expertise, and online education platforms that facilitate repetitive and context-driven learning. Future research is needed to develop and investigate specific, practical educational content tailored to high-priority areas of care workers' educational needs, delivered by experienced instructors, and supported by realistic online training programs.
