국문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze domestic academic journals related to workplace daycare centers and to suggest directions and tasks for future workplace daycare research. For the study, 99 domestic academic journals were selected from 2001 to October 2023, and trends by research period, research subject, research method, and research topic were analyzed. The main research results are as follows. First, when looking at research trends by research period, research on workplace daycare centers has been consistently conducted since 2001. Second, it can be seen that a lot of research related to teachers is being conducted because they are performing their duties within the environmental characteristics of workplace daycare centers. Third, although quantitative research is mainly conducted, qualitative research is also increasing, allowing in-depth information about workplace daycare centers. This can provide basic data for future qualitative research. Fourth, the research variables were classified into satisfaction and needs, job-related factors, organization-related factors, training programs, and facility status. Among the job-related factors, job stress-related research was the most studied, and also the operation type of workplace daycare center was studied. Management research is being conducted. Based on the results of this study, more research should be conducted on various variables with special characteristics of workplace daycare centers in the future.
