국문 초록

This study explores the multifaceted implications and ethical concerns associated with the use of generative AI technologies. Amidst rapid advancements, generative AI has been integrated into various sectors, transforming traditional practices and introducing complex challenges. Employing a mixed-method approach combining text mining and interviews with experts and users, this research investigates the unintended consequences of generative AI. Through text mining, the study identifies prevalent themes and potential biases within AI-generated content, emphasizing issues such as copyright infringement, data privacy violations, and the spread of misinformation. Interviews with experts and users deepen our understanding of the practical impacts of these technologies, revealing a spectrum of ethical dilemmas and societal repercussions. The findings suggest that despite the significant benefits generative AI offers, robust ethical guidelines and regulatory frameworks are necessary to mitigate its adverse effects and ensure responsible usage. This study contributes to the ongoing discourse on AI ethics, providing insights that could guide future developments in AI governance.
