국문 초록

The drafting process of the “Resolution on Several Issues in the Party’s History Since the Founding of the People’s Republic of China” adopted at the Sixth Plenary Session of the 11 th CPC Central Committee was realized under the leadership of Deng Xiaoping. He made decisions and drafted historical resolutions from the height of historical materialism;emphasizing the need to correctly understand and scientifically evaluate Mao Zedong’s historical position; Objectively and dialectically grasp the history since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. The process of drafting the second historical resolution under the leadership of Deng Xiaoping fully demonstrated that he was good at summing up and facing up to his mistakes, rejecting emptiness and taking a firm stand; The political wisdom of uniting people’s hearts and facing the future has provided a powerful spiritual impetus and valuable historical reference for further deepening reform and modernization in an all-round way in the new era.

영문 초록

党的十一届六中全会通过的《关于建国以来党的若干历史问题的决议》，其起草过程是在邓小平的领导下实现的。他从历史唯物主义高度决策起草历史决议，强调要正确认识和科学评价毛泽东的历史地位，客观、辩证地把握新中国成立以来的历史。邓小平领导起草第二个历史决议的过程充分彰显了其善于总结、正视错误；拒斥虚无、坚定立场；凝聚人心、面向未来的政治智慧，为新时代进一步全面深化改革和现代化建设提供了强大的精神动力和宝贵的历史借鉴。
