국문 초록

Purpose: This study aims to comprehensively analyze research trends on PTSD treatment methods to contribute to future PTSD treatment research and clinical applications. Methods: This study is a scoping review designed to analyze research trends related to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) treatment methods. Results: A total of 24 studies on the application of PTSD treatment methods published in South Korea were analyzed. Among them, 20 studies investigated the correlations between PTSD treatment methods and related variables. The remaining four studies included a qualitative study examining the experiences and changes in adults exhibiting PTSD symptoms during dance movement therapy, a review study introducing the content and evidence of cognitive processing therapy for PTSD, a qualitative study [A7] exploring the potential effectiveness of mindfulness- based therapy for PTSD treatment, and a study discussing the content, types, and evidence of psychodynamic therapy for PTSD. Conclusion: This study found that most domestic research on PTSD treatment methods focuses on examining correlations between specific treatment methods and related variables, with some studies analyzing experiences during the treatment process. However, there is a lack of experimental research and studies on long-term clinical applications, highlighting the need for more empirical research. Future studies evaluating the effectiveness of various treatment methods and their clinical applicability are expected to contribute to the advancement of PTSD treatment.
