국문 초록

In recent years, China’s urban dramas have undergone significant development, garnering widespread popularity among audiences due to their realistic, vivid and heartfelt stories that cause them to think and resonate with each other. Based on the cultural context of the new era, this study has been conducted by selecting three typical works as the object of research: Mortal Song, I’m Fine in Another Country, and A City within a City. The aim of this study is to systematically explore the realistic narrative creation characteristics of China’s urban dramas through the methods of textual close reading and narratological analysis. And founded on the concept of ‘self-observation in the mirror’ and the dramatic narrative strategy, it reveals breakthroughs in three dimensions of character portrayal and social reality reflection, narrative discourse innovation, and social value propaganda, integrating them into a holistic analysis of their significance and value and presenting the new research results.
