국문 초록

Digital intelligence brings new opportunities and challenges to ideological and political work. The new opportunities are reflected in aspects such as broadening the communication channels, accurately grasping the needs of the audience, and innovating the forms of education. The new challenges include issues such as the interference of complex information, the risks of technological dependence, and the adaptation of the capabilities of the workers. In the face of these new situations, it is necessary to improve the working mechanism, enhance the quality of the team, and optimize the educational methods. At the same time, digital intelligence technologies should be fully utilized to improve the quality and effectiveness of ideological and political work. For example, big data analysis can be used to optimize the push of educational content, and artificial intelligence can be applied to carry out personalized counseling, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the high-quality development of ideological and political work in the new era in the wave of digital intelligence.

영문 초록

数智化给思想政治工作带来了新机遇与新挑战，新机遇体现在拓宽传播渠道、精准把握受众需求、创新教育形式等方面，新挑战则包括信息繁杂干扰、技术依赖风险、工作者能力适配等问题。面对这些新情况，需要完善工作机制、提升队伍素养、优化教育方法。同时，应该充分利用数智化技术提高思想政治工作质效，如借助大数据分析优化教育内容推送、运用人工智能开展个性化辅导等，旨在为新时代思想政治工作在数智浪潮中实现高质量发展提供理论支撑与实践指导。
