국문 초록

The great changes unseen in a century are accelerating, and global problems are emerging one after another. In the decisive stage of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and the critical period when socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, in order to shape a more fair and reasonable global governance system, build a community with a shared future for mankind, and better respond to world changes and ensure the sustainable and stable development of China, it has become a discipline construction task of great significance to build a regional and national discipline system that is needed by the times and used by China. In order to promote China's regional country studies in the new era and promote the coordinated development of regional and country journals and academia, the convening of the Regional Country Studies Academic Journals Community Forum is of great significance. With the theme of “Construction of China's Regional Country Independent Knowledge System and Discourse System”, this forum focused on “Theories, Methods and Construction of China's Independent Knowledge System of Regional Country Studies”, “The Key Value of Academic Journals in the Development of Regional Country Studies”, “Major Issues in Current Regional Country Studies that Need to Be Broken Through”, and “Experience in Running Academic Journals Related to Regional Country Studies”. Systematic development.

영문 초록

百年未有之大变局加速演进，全球性问题层出不穷。在全面建成小康社会决胜阶段及中国特色社会主义进入新时代的关键时期，为塑造更加公正合理的全球治理体系，构建人类命运共同体，也为更好应对世界变局、保证我国持续稳定发展，构建时代所需、中国所用的区域国别学科体系成为当前极具重大意涵的学科建设任务。为推动新时代中国区域国别研究，促进区域国别期刊界与学术界的协同发展，区域国别研究学术期刊共同体论坛的召开的意义极为重大。本次论坛以“中国区域国别自主知识体系和话语体系构建”为主题，围绕“区域国别学理论、方法与中国自主知识体系构建”“学术期刊在区域国别研究发展中的关键价值”“当前区域国别研究中亟待突破的重大议题”以及“涉区域国别研究学术期刊办刊经验”等子议题展开研讨，共同探索区域国别学科体系与区域国别学期刊建设，助力中国区域国别学研究的自主化、系统化发展。
