Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is rich in connotation and rigorous in logic, characterized by multiple theoretical features such as adhering to the primacy of the people, upholding integrity and innovation, maintaining self-confidence and self-reliance, and embracing a global vision. It provides a powerful ideological weapon and a scientific action guide for advancing ideological, cultural, and propaganda work and fulfilling the new cultural mission. In the new era and on the new journey, implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Culture requires, first, promoting the bidirectional transformation between theory and practice, continuously enriching and developing it through practice to enhance its adaptability and guiding value in the contemporary era. Second, it is essential to establish a multi-stakeholder collaborative mechanism, fully leveraging the leadership role of Party organizations while strengthening the responsibilities of the government, social organizations, cultural workers, and the general public, thereby forming a strong synergy for its implementation. Finally, advancing the precise dissemination of theory is crucial. By utilizing digital technology and new media platforms, differentiated communication strategies should be employed to target diverse audiences, thereby enhancing the accuracy and impact of theoretical dissemination.

영문 초록

习近平文化思想内涵丰富、逻辑严密，具备坚持人民至上、坚持守正创新、坚持自信自立、坚持胸怀天下等多重理论特质,为做好宣传思想文化工作、担负起新的文化使命提供了强大思想武器和科学行动指南。新时代新征程，贯彻落实习近平文化思想，首先，要推动理论与实践双向衔接转化，通过实践不断丰富和发展习近平文化思想，使其更具时代适应性和指导价值；其次，要构建多元主体协同介入机制，充分发挥党组织的领导核心作用，强化政府、社会组织、文化工作者和人民群众的主体责任，形成贯彻落实习近平文化思想的强大合力；最后，要推进理论精准化传播，利用数字技术和新媒体平台，针对不同受众群体提供差异化的传播策略，增强理论传播的精准性和影响力。
