중소 및 중견기업을 위한 K-ESG 가이드라인 진단 항목이 경영 활동 지표 및 지속가능성에 미치는 영향: 제조업을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 K-ESG 가이드라인 진단 항목을 실제 경영 활동에 접목하는 경우 우리나라 중소 및 중견기업들의 경영 활동 지표 및 지속가능성에 미치는 영향을 연구하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 주로 제조업으로 분류할 수 있는 기업체들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 시행하였으며, 총 107개 업체로부터 수집한 자료를 연구에 활용하였다. 연구항목별 기술통계량, 타당성과 신뢰성 분석, 상관분석을 시행하고 기준치를 충족하는 연구 항목들을 활용하여 회귀분석을 시행하는 방식으로 연구가설을 검정하였다. 연구가설의 검정 결과 먼저, 가설 H1의 검정으로써 K-ESG 가이드라인은 경영 활동 지표에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 가설 H2의 검정으로써 경영 활동 지표는 지속가능성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 가설 H3의 검정으로써 K-ESG 가이드라인과 지속가능성 사이에서 경영 활동 지표는 일부 매개효과를 보인다. 따라서 K-ESG 가이드라인을 경영 활동에 접목하는 경우 경영 활동 지표를 제고할 수 있으며 나아가 지속가능성 역시 확보할 수 있음을 실증하였다. 그러므로 우리나라 중소 및 중견기업의 경우 K-ESG 가이드라인 진단 항목을 경영 활동 과정에 반드시 적용하여야 한다는 논리적 근거를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to study the impact of applying K-ESG Guideline diagnostic items to actual management activities on the management activity indicators and sustainability of SMEs in Korea. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting companies that can be mainly classified as manufacturing companies, and data collected from a total of 107 companies were used in the study. The research hypotheses were tested by conducting descriptive statistics, validity and reliability analysis, and correlation analysis for each research item, and performing regression analysis using research items that met the criteria. The results of the research hypothesis test First, as a test of hypothesis H1, the K-ESG Guidelines have a significant positive effect on management activity indicators. Second, as a test of hypothesis H2, the management activity indicators have a significant positive effect on sustainability. Third, as a test of hypothesis H3, the management activity indicators show some mediating effects between the K-ESG Guidelines and sustainability. Therefore, it was proven that incorporating the K-ESG guidelines into management activities can improve management activity indicators and further secure sustainability. Therefore, it presented a logical basis for the necessity of applying the K-ESG guidelines diagnostic items to the management activities of small and medium-sized enterprises in Korea.
