국문 초록

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and big data technology, the protection of digital human rights has become a hot issue of global concern. To effectively protect digital human rights, comprehensive reforms are needed at the three levels of legal principles, rules, and implementation. Establish basic principles such as privacy protection, transparency and attribution of responsibility, refine legal rules such as data protection and algorithm review, and ensure efficient enforcement of laws by establishing efficient regulatory mechanisms, clarifying legal responsibilities, and enhancing public participation.

영문 초록

随着人工智能和大数据技术的迅猛发展，数字人权的保护已成为全球关注的热点问题。人工智能时代数字人权面临技术、社会和规范三大方面的挑战。为有效保障数字人权，需要确立隐私保护、透明度和责任归属等基本原则，细化数据保护、算法审查等法律规则，并通过建立高效的监管机制、明确法律责任、增强公众参与等措施，确保法律的高效执行。
