국문 초록
Psychological guidance is an innovative development of applied psychological methods in the field of ideological and political education, which plays an important role in improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education. This paper uses the literature research method to sort out and summarize the relevant research on psychological guidance of ideological and political education, including connotation, existing problems, value and so on. According to the research findings, psychological counseling of ideological and political education has the common characteristics of ideological and political pedagogy and psychology disciplines, but in the concrete practice, there are still problems such as unclear working concept, a little single working method and incomplete working mechanism, so we should pay full attention to its educational value in ideological and political education. And from the integration of ideological and political education ideas, innovative ways and methods, improve the work system and other aspects of perfection. Psychological guidance of ideological and political education is the innovative embodiment of ideological and political education methods. The future research should pay attention to the study of shortcomings and improve the theme research; Focus on the needs of the subject, increase the Angle of education; Pay attention to empirical research to improve the credibility of research results.
영문 초록
心理疏导是应用心理学方法在思想政治教育领域的创新发展，对于提升思想政治教育实效性具有重要作用。文章采用文献研究法，梳理并总结学界关于思想政治教育心理疏导的相关研究，包括内涵、现存问题、价值作用等方面。根据研究发现，思想政治教育心理疏导具有思想政治教育学和心理学学科的共性特征，但在具体实践中存在工作理念尚不明晰、工作方法稍显单一、工作机制尚未健全的问题，应充分重视其在思想政治教育工作中的育人价值，并从融合思想政治教育理念、创新方式方法、完善工作体系等方面进行完善。思想政治教育心理疏导是思想政治教育方法的创新性体现，未来研究应注意研究短板，完善主题研究；聚焦主体需求，增加受教育者角度研究；注重实证研究，提高研究结果可信度。
