국문 초록
In the context of the unprecedented changes in the world in a century, it is an important realistic topic to deeply explore the foundation, value implication and practice orientation of the discourse system of modern Chinese civilization. Through literature analysis and systematic analysis, this paper expounds “why it is possible”, “why it is necessary” and “how to promote” the construction of the discourse system of modern Chinese civilization in the new era. It is found that scientific Marxist theory, excellent traditional Chinese culture and rich achievements in modernization practice provide the prerequisite and realistic foundation for the construction of the discourse system of modern Chinese civilization. The construction of the discourse system of modern Chinese civilization is the intrinsic need of arousing the self-confidence of the Chinese nation's culture, the inevitable choice of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the realistic need of coping with the hegemony of Western civilized discourse, and the necessary meaning of promoting the common development of the world. Therefore, from the perspective of practice, this study must consolidate the foundation, enrich the content, pay attention to methods, and improve the communication, so as to further enhance the persuasion, explanatory power, appeal and influence of the discourse system of modern Chinese civilization.
영문 초록
在世界百年未有之大变局的背景下，深入探讨中华民族现代文明话语体系的构建基础、价值意蕴和实践指向是重要现实课题。通过文献资料分析法和系统分析法，阐述新时代“何以可能”“何以必要”“何以推进”构建中华民族现代文明话语体系。研究发现，科学的马克思主义理论、优秀的中华传统文化、丰富的现代化实践成就为构建中华民族现代文明话语体系提供了前提条件与现实基础；构建中华民族现代文明话语体系是唤起中华民族文化自信的内在需要、实现中华民族伟大复兴的必然选择、应对西方文明话语霸权的现实之需、促进世界共同发展的应有之义。为此，本研究从实践指向上必须夯实基础、充实内容、注重方法、完善传播，进一步提升中华民族现代文明话语体系的说服力、阐释力、感染力和影响力。
