산재노동자의 심리회복 과정에 관한 현상학적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 산업재해 이후 산재노동자의 심리적 회복이 이루어지는 과정에 대한 맥락적 고찰과 회복과정 속 공통적인 체험의 본질이 무엇인지 이해하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 현상학적 연구방법 중 Colaizzi의 분석방법을 채택하였으며, 산업재해보험의 승인을 받은 산재노동자 8명의 면접 자료를 분석하여 총 4개의 시점과 주제, 11개의 범주를 도출하였다. 4개의 시점과주제는 ‘앞만 보며 달려온 인생(산업재해 발생이전)’, ‘벼락을 맞은 듯한 느낌(산업재해 발생 직후)’, ‘회복을 위한 처절한 노력(요양기간 중)’, ‘다시 써보는 제2의 인생(요양기간 종결 이후)’으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 산재노동자의 심리회복과 복지향상, 사회적 보호망으로서의 사회보험 개선을 위해 실천적, 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide a contextual examination of the process of psychological recovery of injured workers after industrial accidents and to understand the nature of common experiences in the recovery process. This study uses Colaizzi's method of phenomenological research. A total of 4 times, 4 themes, and 11 categories were identified through the analysis of interviews with eight workers with recognized compensation claims for physical, psychological workplace. The 4 themes and times of the study were:‘ A Life of Running Ahead (Before an Industrial Accident),’‘Feeling Like I've been Struck by Lightning (Immediately After an Industrial Accident),’‘A Desperate Effort to Recover (During a Medical Care Duration),’ and ‘Rewriting a Second Life (After a Termination of Care Duration). Based on these findings, practical and policy suggestions were presented for the psychological recovery of injured workers, welfare improvement, and social insurance improvement as a social protection network.
