국문 초록

The Communist Party of Japan held its 29th National Congress from January 15 to 18, 2024, during which the Resolution of the 29th National Congress of the Communist Party of Japan was reviewed and passed, and a new Central Committee was elected. At the conference, a comprehensive analysis of the domestic and international political and economic situation was conducted, and the historical experience of the development of the Japanese Communist Party over the past century was reviewed and summarized. The goals and specific strategies for parliamentary and local elections were clarified, and the shortcomings in the current construction of the Japanese Communist Party were pointed out. New requirements and measures were put forward in terms of party organization and theoretical construction. These understandings and deployments are the latest exploration achievements of the Japanese Communist Party, which have directional and guiding significance for its work in the next four years, and also provide important basis for us to analyze the future development trends of the Japanese Communist Party.

영문 초록

日本共产党于2024 年1 月15 日至18 日召开了第二十九次全国代表大会，会上审议通过了《日本共产党第二十九次大会决议》，选举出了新一届中央委员会。大会全面分析了国内外政治经济形势，回顾并总结了日本共产党百年发展的历史经验，明确了国会选举与地方选举的目标和具体策略，指明了当前党的建设方面存在的不足，并在党的组织建设、理论建设等方面提出了新的要求和举措。这些认识和部署是日本共产党的最新探索成果，对其未来四年的工作具有方向性、纲领性的指导意义，也为我们进一步研判日本共产党未来发展动向提供了重要依据。
