국문 초록

As the two paths of transition from planned economy to market economy, the superiority of radical transition and gradual transition has always been the focus of debate in transition economics, which has formed two completely different academic views. According to the research problem, to China, the countries of the former Soviet Union and Central and Eastern European countries as the research sample, through the distinguish between the state transition path, the comparative analysis economic growth, unemployment, income level and the performance of the income gap, we can make a more practical judgment. Whether the transition countries retain the basic socialist political system and whether the transition of economic system is radical or gradual are two important factors that affect the economic development of transition countries. Whether the transition mode is radical or gradual affects economic development mainly in the early stage of transition. However, whether the transitional countries retain the basic socialist political system has an impact on economic development throughout.

영문 초록

作为计划经济向市场经济过渡的两种路径，激进式转轨和渐进式转轨孰优孰劣，一直是转轨经济学争论的焦点，并据此形成了两种截然不同的学术观点。针对该问题，以中国、原苏联加盟共和国和中东欧国家作为研究样本，通过区分这些国家转轨路径的差异，比较分析转轨前后经济增长、失业率、收入水平与收入差距等方面的表现及其原因，可以对不同转轨路径及其绩效做出更有实践意义的判断。是否保留社会主义基本政治制度，以及经济体制的转轨是激进式的还是渐进式的，是影响转轨国家经济发展的两个重要因素。转轨方式是激进的还是渐进的，对经济发展的影响主要表现在转轨初期；而转轨国家是否保留社会主义基本政治制度，对经济发展的影响却是贯穿始终的。
