창의적 체험활동을 위한 진로교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 진로발달에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 창의적 체험활동을 위한 진로교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 진로발달에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 있다. 연구 목표를 달성하기 위해 초등학교 진로교육의 영역별 목표와 초등학교 에 적합한 진로활동의 활동별 내용을 토대로 14차시 분량의 창의적 체험활동을 위한 진로교육 프 로그램을 개발하였다. 대구광역시 소재 S초등학교 6학년 2개 반을 임의로 정하고 그 중 1개 반 21명의 학생들을 실험집단으로 선정, 창의적 체험활동 진로활동 시간을 이용하여 7주간 프로그램 을 적용하였다. 진로발달 측정도구는 이종범(2005)이 개발한 초등학생용 진로발달 검사 도구를 사 용하여 실험집단과 비교집단의 사전, 사후검사를 실시하였다. 이 연구에서 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 창의적 체험활동을 위한 진로교육 프로그램은 초등학생의 진로발달 수준을 높여주었다. 그리고 진로발달의 척도인 자아인식 척도, 학업․직업 탐색 척도, 진로 계획 척도의 수준을 높여주었고, 진로발달의 8개의 하위영역인 자아개념 인식, 대인관계 인식, 자 기특성 이해, 진로와 학습과의 관계 인식, 일과 자신․사회와의 관계 인식, 진로정보의 이해․활용, 의 사결정과정 이해, 진로계획과정 이해 영역의 수준을 높여주었다. 따라서 이 연구에서 개발된 창의 적 체험활동을 위한 진로교육 프로그램은 초등학생의 진로발달 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 준다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to verify the effects of the career education program for the creative experience activities on the career development of elementary school students. To achieve the purpose of the study, the career education program for the creative experience activities for 6th graders was developed. The program was developed based on the objectives of career education for elementary school and the contents of career activities fit to elementary school with total amount of 14 school hours. Testing instrument for the career development of 6th grade students, developed by Lee(2005), were utilized to verify the effect of the developed program. The nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used as the quasi-experimental design for the study. Results of the study were as follows: The level of elementary school students' career development was raised by applying the career education program for the creative experience activities. Furthermore, the level of three dimensions of the career development, which were Self-awareness, Education and Occupational exploration, and Career planning, were enhanced. Therefore, the career education program for the creative experience activities has positive effects on improving the career development of elementary school students.
