Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to the cultural construction in the new era, and has made a theoretical summary of the practical experience of the Party's leadership in cultural construction in the new era, enriching and developing Marxist cultural theory from many aspects, forming the cultural chapter of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and forming Xi Jinping's cultural thought. This study studies and interprets Xi Jinping's cultural thought from all angles and perspectives, and must deeply understand and grasp the core connotation of Xi Jinping's cultural thought. This is also the fundamental requirement for in-depth study and implementation of Xi Jinping's cultural thought, and is of great significance to the implementation and implementation of all aspects of the Party's propaganda, ideology and culture in the new era.

영문 초록

党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视新时代文化建设，对新时代党领导文化建设实践经验进行了理论总结，既有十分丰富的内涵，又有极为深刻的论述，从多个方面丰富和发展了马克思主义文化理论，构成了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的文化篇，形成了习近平文化思想。研究和阐释党的思想理论是哲学社会科学工作者的重大使命，全方位、多角度对习近平文化思想进行研究和阐释，就必须深刻理解和把握习近平文化思想的核心要义，这也是深入学习贯彻习近平文化思想的根本要求，对于落实和做好新时代党的宣传思想文化各方面工作具有十分重大的意义。
