국문 초록

Guided by the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the connotation of the “Fengqiao Experience” in this new era reflects “people-centered principles, education and prevention, the promotion of the modernization of social governance, and the pursuit of social harmony and stability.” Whether in terms of governance philosophy, objectives, mechanisms, or tasks, the “Fengqiao Experience” is closely aligned with the concepts and practices of community correction. Studying the community correction system from the perspective of the “Fengqiao Experience” aims to continuously improve and innovate on existing experiences, thereby promoting the modernization of social governance in the new era.

영문 초록

“枫桥经验”在习近平新时代中国特色基层治理的过程中具有典范性作用。在党的二十大精神，习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指引下，新时代“枫桥经验”的内涵体现在“以人为本，教育预防，促进社会治理现代化，追求社会和谐稳定”。无论是在治理理念还是在治理目标、治理机制、治理任务等方面，“枫桥经验”都与社区矫正的理念与实践一脉相通。以“枫桥经验”为视角研究社区矫正制度，在已有经验的基础上不断完善创新，促进新时代社会治理的现代化。
