사회복지상담에서의 실천 가치와 관점 모색에 관한 연구

국문 초록

사회복지상담은 국내에서 최근에 생성한 개념이다. 따라서 사회복지학계에서는 사회복지상담에 대한 토대가 굳건히 마련되도록 하는 다양한 노력이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사회복지실천의 한 영역인 사회복지상담의 개념을 체계적으로 정리하고자 하였다. 사회복지상담의 개념형성에는 개인 적응에 대한 환경의 영향, 실존으로서의 개인, 인간의 지속적인 성장 가능성, 사안에 대한 체계적 관점, 존중과 수용의 중요성, 문제해결에서의 강점시각, 문제해결에서의 개인 동기의 중요성, 문제해결을 촉진하는 관계, 회복탄력성, 이론의 절충과 증거기반의 실천, 공감, 일관성, 역량강화, 자기결정, 참여, 정보획득이 포함된다고 할 수 있다. 사회복지상담의 학문적 토대와 가치를 기반으로 본 연구에서는 사회복지상담의 핵심적 관점을 SPECT로 제시하였다. SPECT는 주관성(Subjectivity), 촉진관계성(Precipitate), 절충성(Eclectic), 맥락성(Context), 가변성(Treatable)이다. 끝으로 향후 사회복지상담이 사회복지실천의 주요한 개입모델로 정착되기 위해 선결해야 할 여러 과제를 제시하고 이에 대한 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

eeded to establish a foundation for social work counseling in social work practice academia. In this study, the author intentionally attempted to organize the concept of social work counseling as an area of social work practice. Concept formation in social work counseling includes person in environment, the individual as an existence, the possibility of continuous human growth, a systematic view of the problem, the importance of respect and acceptance, the perspective of strengths in problem solving, and individual motivation in problem solving. It can be said to include the importance of relationships that promote problem solving, resilience, compromise between theories and evidence-based practice, empathy, consistency, capacity building, self-determination, participation, and information acquisition. Based on the academic foundation and values o f social work counseling, this study presented the core perspective of social work counseling as SPECT. SPECT is the first letter containing the following concepts: Subjectivity, Precipitate, Eclectic, Context, and Treatable. Lastly, in order for social work counseling to become established as a major intervention model in social work practice in the future, several tasks that must be addressed were presented and measures to address them were presented.
