국문 초록

본 연구는 개인의 기부 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 개인 차원의 요구와 조직 차원의 정보 요인에 초점을 맞춘다. 국내외의 기존 연구는 개인의 기부 행위 및 자원봉사의 영향을 미치는 다양한 개인 요인 및 비영리 조직의 노력에 관심을 보여왔다. 반면, 기부 행위 영향요인으로서 개인의 요구와 조직의 정보 요인에 대한 학문적 관심은 높지 않았다. 본 연구는 기부 행위에 있어서 개인의 조직에 대한 정보 획득 및 의견 개진 노력과 기관의 개인 의견 수용 및 정보 제공의 영향력에 대한 검증을 시도한다. 연구 결과, 비영리 조직이 조직 활동 및 운영에 관한 정보 제공과 개인 의견 수용을 적극적으로 하면 개인 기부 행위가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 개인의 비영리 조직 관련 적극적 정보 획득과 비영리 조직 활동에 대한 적극적 의견 개진은 개인의 기부 행위에 긍정적인 영향을 갖는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 전통적 영향요인으로서의 비영리 조직에 대한 신뢰는 개인의 기부 행위를 설명하는 강력한 설명변수임이 확인되었다.

영문 초록

This study focuses on factors influencing individual charitable donations, specifically examining individual demands and organizational information factors. Previous studies has shown interest in various individual factors and nonprofit organizational efforts affecting charitable donations and volunteerism. However, there has been limited scholarly interest in the impact of individual demands and organizational information factors as influential factors for charitable giving. This study explores the influence of individual efforts to acquire organizational information and express individual opinions and the organization's ability to accept individual opinions and provide information on donation behavior. The results suggest that both individual demands and non-profit organizational information factors are important explanatory variables that can predict individual charitable donations. Finally, this study showed that trust in nonprofit organizations is identified as the most powerful explanatory variable for individual charitable giving.
