영문 초록

As economic and social activities are rapidly controlled and restricted due to the spread of social fear due to crisis and negative information caused by disasters, an alternative that can dilute or minimize psychological social fear is needed. The level and intensity of forgetting (cognitive and emotional) according to the reliability of the subject of static information, the attribution of responsibility, the frequency and intensity of information provision, and the individual's psychological distance are verified. In particular, in the case of disasters, when the scope and level of control are closely related to foreign countries, the level of forgetting will vary depending on the attribution, level and quality of information. Existing studies on forgetfulness have verified the moderating effect of corporate brand preference, focusing on memory and cognition. do. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, it plans to conduct two experimental investigations on subjects (up to 120 people), and verify the hypothesis through the 2 way-ANOVA and paired t-test. Through this study, it is expected that basic data and grounds will be presented to develop information messages about oblivion that dilute or minimize social fear psychology by promoting resilience, and at the same time, it is expected to promote rapid recovery efforts in practical fields such as facility management.
