분노조절프로그램이 규율위반수용자의 공격성 감소에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 분노조절의 어려움으로 구치소 내에서 규율을 위반하여 징벌 경험이 있는 20대 수용자를 대상으로 분노조절프로그램을 개발하여 그 효과성을 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 P소재 P구치소의 심리치료팀의 추천으로 분노조절의 어려움을 겪는 규율위반 수용자을 대상으로 실험집단 8명과 통제집단 8명으로 집단을 구성하여 분노조절 프로그램은 2021년 3월 12일～3월 29일 까지 매회기 당 1시간씩 3주 동안 8회기를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0프로그램을 활용하여 비모수검증을 활용하였으며, 분노조절 프로그램의 효과성은 Wilcoxon-Ranks 검증과 Mann-Whitney U 검증으로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 첫째, 교류분석이론에 근거한 분노조절 프로그램의 집단 내 사전-사후 평균점수와 차이검증에서 공격성과 충동성, 자기효능감에서는 유의미한 효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 두 집단 간 사전-사후 점수 변화량의 차이에서는 공격성, 충동성, 자기통제력, 자기효능감의 모든 척도에서 통계적으로 유의함이 입증되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the effectiveness of anger control programs by developing anger control programs for inmates in their 20s who have experience of punishment in violation of discipline in detention centers due to difficulties in anger control. This study organized a group of eight experimental groups and eight control groups for those who had difficulty controlling anger due to the recommendation of the psychotherapy team at the P detention center in P, and conducted eight anger control programs for three weeks from March 12 to March 29, 2021. For data analysis, nonparametric verification was used using the SPSS 22.0 program, and the effectiveness of the anger control program was analyzed by Wilcoxon-Ranks verification and Mann-Whitney U verification. As a result of this study, first, significant effects were found in aggression, impulsiveness, and self-efficacy in the pre-post average score and difference verification of anger control programs based on exchange analysis theory. Second, the difference in the amount of change in pre-post score between the two groups proved to be statistically significant in all measures of aggression, impulsiveness, self-control, and self-efficacy.
