영문 초록

Surfactants and preservatives are very important components in safety problem of cosmetic. This investigation is focusing on the variation of surfactants and preservatives in Korean cosmetics. PEG-free surfactants are widely being used as O/W emulsifier nowadays, but PEG attached surfactants are still being used as W/O emulsifier and solubilizing agent. Paraben preservatives had been disappeared. Instead, 1,2-hexanediol, ethylhexylglycerine, phenoxyethanol have replaced in combination with each other. These safety promotions in surfactants and preservatives will make Korean cosmetics the safest in the world.
