소상공인의 점포·기업가·특성이 경영성과와 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 소상공업의 점포, 기업가, 제도 특성이 경영성과와 기업가와 그 가족의 삶의 질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증분석을 통해 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 살펴보기 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며 조사된 384개의 유효 샘플로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 점포특성과 기업가특성, 제도적 특성은 경영성과에 통계적으로 정(+)의 방향으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 경영성과는 삶의 행복도 및 운영만족에정(+)의 방향으로 유의한 영향을 미치며, 매개효과를 보였다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 실무적, 정책적 시사점을 제시한다. 실무적으로는 사업자와 예비창업자들은 점포차별화를 위한 부단한 노력과 기업가역량 향상을 위한 노력이 필요함을 알려준다. 정책적으로는 관련 교육, 사후관리, 컨설팅, 전문업체의 모니터링 등을 통한 생활밀접형점포 활성화를 유도할 수 있는 제도적 지원이 필요함을 보여준다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to examine how the characteristics of stores, entrepreneurs, and institutions ofsmall businesses affect management performance and the quality of life of entrepreneurs and theirfamilies through empirical analysis. A survey was conducted to examine this study and analyzed with 384effective samples. As a result of the analysis, it was found that store characteristics, entrepreneurial characteristics, aAsa result of the analysis, it was found that store characteristics, entrepreneurial characteristics, andinstitutional characteristics had a statistically significant effect on management performance in a positive(+) direction. In addition, management performance had a significant effect on life happiness andoperation satisfaction in a positive (+) direction, and showed a mediating effect. This study presents practical and policy implications. In practice, businesses and prospective start-upsinform that they need constant efforts to differentiate their stores and improve their entrepreneurialcapabilities. In terms of policy, it shows that institutional support is needed to induce the revitalizationof life-friendly stores through related education, follow-up management, consulting, and monitoring ofprofessional companies.
