국문 초록

본 연구는 통일교육의 정치철학적 함의를 분석하고 있다. 정치철학의주제에는 다양한 것이 있으나 가장 중요한 주제 중의 하나는 바로 ‘자유’라고 하는 가치이다. 자유를 빼고 통일교육은 성립하기 힘들고 존립하기도 어렵다. 즉, 자유가 전제되지 않은 통일교육은 무의미하다는 점에서 자유와 통일교육은 서로 불가분의 관계에 있다는 것이 본 논문의 골자이다. 그렇기 때문에 통일교육에 있어서 자유의 가치가 지니는 의미와 그 성격을 면밀히 분석하고 고찰하는 것은 북한 및 통일문제 연구에 있어서 가장기초적이고 본원적인 연구의 출발점을 이룬다고 하겠다. 통일교육의 정치철학적 함의를 자유의 가치를 중심으로 해서 분석해보면 우선 자유는 통일교육의 기초이자 전제라고 할 수 있다. 자유가 기초되지 않는 통일교육은 존립하기 어렵다. 통일교육은 오직 자유가 기초되고 전제되어야만 성립할 수 있다. 다음으로 통일교육은 교육의 목적지를 정함에 있어서 자유의 가치에 의해 결정적으로 구속받는다는 사실을 지적할 수 있다. 통일교육의 목적지는국가의 내적 기반조성을 통해 인류의 보편적 가치가 담보된 통일국가의 수립이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 통일교육의 목적을 위해 자유의 가치는 핵심적가치임에 틀림이 없다. 마지막으로 통일교육의 이념을 설정함에 있어서 자유의 가치는 핵심적인 역할과 의미를 부여하고 있다고 생각한다.

영문 초록

This thesis is on the political philosophical study on the unification education. The most important subject among the study subject of political philosophy is a value of freedom. Unification education cleaning of freedom can not be established and existed. That is to say, freedom and unification education is an inseparable relationship. In this respect, to analyse the meaning and its character of freedom value in unification education is the starting point in the study on the unification problem and North Korea’s problem. If I might analyse a political philosophical undertone with view of freedom, freedom is basic element of unification education. Therefore, unification education is always based on the feedom. Next, unification education is tired by freedom in the setting of unification education’s destination. The destination of unification education is the founding of unification nation by the universal value, freedom. For this goal of unification education, the value of freedom is a core value. Finally, the value of freedom plays a central role on the setting of unification education’s ideology.
