국문 초록

1인 가구가 보편적 가구 형태가 되었다. 1인 가구는 교육 및 사회·경제적 특성에 따라 발생 원인과 삶의 형태가 다양하여 이질적인 가구라고 할 수 있다. 주거 불안은 결혼과 출산율 감소로 연결되어 국가 경쟁력 저하의 원인이 된다. 주거 안정화 정책이 최우선 정책 수요이다. 본 연구 목적은 1인 가구의 특성 중 혼인상태, 주거유형, 교육 정도, 근로시간, 금융자산이 청년 세대 및 노년 세대에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 연구하여 정책의 효율성을 높이는 것이다. 연구의 실증분석은 2019년 한국 조세재정연구원의 전국 재정패널자료를 이용하여 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 하였다. 1인 가구 특성 중 미혼, 오피스텔·원룸, 교육 정도, 근로시간은 청년 세대에는 정(+)의 효과이지만, 노년 세대에는 부(-)의 효과이다. 1인 가구의 삶을 보다 파악하기 위해서는 면밀한 분석이 필요하고, 다양한 정책 처방이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Single-Person Households had become a universal household type. Single-Person households can be said to be heterogeneous households because their causes and lifestyles vary according to education and socio-economic characteristics. Housing insecurity leads to a decrease in marriage and fertility rates, leading to a decrease in national competitiveness. Housing stabilization policy is the highest priority policy demand. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of marital status, housing type, education level, working hours, and financial assets among the characteristics of Single-Person households on the youth and the elderly to determine the effectiveness of the policy. it will raise for the empirical analysis of the study, a binomial logistic regression analysis was performed using data on the national fiscal panel of the Korea Institute of Taxation and Finance in 2019. Among the characteristics of Single-Person households, unmarried, officetel/one-room, education level, and working hours have a positive effect on the youth generations, however, a negative effect on the older adults gerneration. In order to better understand the lives of Single-Person households, a detailed analysis is required and various policy prescriptions are required.
