국문 초록

창업은 청년 실업 문제의 해결의 핵심이 되고 있으며 이에 따라 정부의 창업지원이 확대되고 있다. 하지만 창업지원이 실제 청년층의 삶의 만족에까지 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 청년층을 대상으로 창업지원이 창업역량강화와 창업만족을 통해 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고 창업자의 특성인 내재적 동기가 창업역량과 창업만족 관계에서 조절의 역할을 하는지 확인하고자 한다.‘대졸자직업이동경로조사(이하 GOMS)’패널 데이터를 활용하였으며 SPSS 22를 활용하여 변인간의 관계와 상관분석을 실시하였고, PROCESS Macro 모델 6를 이용하여 이중매개 효과를 검증하였다. 검증결과 창업지원은 창업 역량과 삶의 만족에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못했으나 창업만족에 정(+)의 영향이 밝혀졌으며 창업만족은 삶의 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 창업역량과 창업만족 사이에는 내재적 역량의 조절효과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 창업지원이 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 경로를 삶의 만족 모형(SCCT)에 기반해 검증하여 창업역량과 창업만족, 내재적 동기의 중요성이 밝혔다는데 의의가 있으며 창업지원정책의 방향성 설정에 실무적인 시사점을 줄 수 있다.

영문 초록

Start-ups are becoming the core of solving the youth unemployment problem, and start-up support is expanding accordingly. However, research on whether start-up support actually affects the life satisfaction of young people is insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to analyze whether start-up support affects life satisfaction through strengthening start-up competency and job satisfaction for young people, and to confirm whether the intrinsic motivation, a characteristic of a founder, plays a role in controlling the relationship between start-up competency and job satisfaction. The panel data of the College Graduates Job Mobility Survey (hereinafter referred to as GOMS) were used, and the relationship and correlation analysis between variables were conducted using SPSS 22, and the double mediating effect was verified using the PROCESS Macro model 6. As a result of the verification, start-up support did not have a direct effect on start-up competency and life satisfaction, but it was found that job satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on life satisfaction, and the control effect of intrinsic competency between start-up competency and job satisfaction. This study is meaningful in that the path through which start-up support affects life satisfaction is verified based on the Life Satisfaction Model (SCCT), revealing the importance of start-up competency, job satisfaction, and intrinsic motivation, and can give practical implications for setting the direction of start-up support policy.
