국문 초록

이 논문은 정동적 도시론 관점에서 강남의 도시경관과 여기에서 구성되고 있는 아상블라주가 무엇인지 도시 글쓰기(기록)를 통해 고찰했다. 강남을 이해하는 주류의 시각인 강남/비강남이라는 이분법적 재현에서 벗어나 정동을 통해 도시적 삶을 다시 이해하고자 한다. 본 논문은 정동과 얽힌 도시 글쓰기를 하나의 연구방법으로활용함으로써 실제 도시의 모습이 무엇인지 고찰한다. 구체적인 분석내용은 아상블라주로서의 강남 메타포가형성되는 과정을 살펴보고, 중산층 사회의 사교육시장을 만드는 불안-교육의 조합, 불안정성 사회의 부동산-집의조합, 아파트 키즈의 출현과 고향-나무-기억의 정동적­생태적 조합에 대해 논의했다. 이를 통해 강남 메타포와 매개되면서 동시에 그것에 균열을 내는 이질적인 힘들을 재사유했다. 분석 자료는 문학, 다큐멘터리, 온/오프라인도시기록운동 등 다양한 도시 글쓰기 수행 작업을 포함했다. 결론에서는 현재 도시를 만드는 정동적 아상블라주가 어떤 공간 정치를 만들 수 있는지 검토했다

영문 초록

In terms of an affective urbanism, this article shows what affective critical writings are composed around the city of Gangnam and what is newly formed through it. In reality, the ordinary affects taking place in the city cannot be fully recognized simply by the ideological representations of the dichotomy of Gangnam/nonGangnam. Generally, the urban writing that illuminates everyday life of cities can be a source of reflection on the urbanity. Starting from the perspective of seeing the metaphor of Gangnam as an assemblage, this article examines the desire-education combined with a private education industry in a middle-class society, the real estate-house composition with the precarity, the emergence of apartment kids and their complex hometownrecording performativity. This article focuses on writing about Gangnam, including literary writings, documentary records, and an on/offline urban recording project. In conclusion, this article examines how the assemblage makes the city and what events are emerging, and discusses on the politics of affects.
