장애성인 학습자의 보편적 학습설계 적용에 대한 야학교사들의 인식

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 보편적 학습설계에 대한 장애인야학 교사의 인식을 살펴보는 것이다. 연구대상자는 전국 7개 지역에 소속된 8개의 장애인야학 교사 90명이다. 보편적 학습설계 원리적용에 대한 야학교사들의 인식을 알아보기 위하여 장애인 야학교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0을 사용해서 기술통계, 빈도분석, 일원변량분석(ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과, 첫째, 장애인 보편적 학습설계에 대한 야학교사들의 일반적 인식에서 보편적 학습설계에 대한 이해도와 실행수준은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 야학교사들의 인구사회학 특성에 따른 인식의 차이는 대체로 나타나지 않았으며, 전공에서만 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 보편적 학습설계 원리 적용의 필요성에 대한 야학교사의 인식은 매우 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 학력에 따른 인식의 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 보편적 학습설계 원리 적용을 위해 필요한 지원영역으로는 인적지원이 가장 필요하며, 교육적 환경, 재정적 지원, 그리고 교육 및 연수에 대한 지원도 필요하다고 인식하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 장애성인학습자들에게 보편적 학습 설계 원리를 적용하는 데 기초자료와 교육방향을 제공할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the current study was to analyze the awareness of night school teachers for people with disabilities on UDL principles application. The Participants were 90 night school teachers for people with disabilities located in seven areas. SPSS WIN 22.0 was used for the data analysis of awareness rated UDL application. The main results were as follows: First, night school teachers showed low level of understanding and low level of practice, and there were significant differences in the general awareness of UDL in accordance to the majors. Secondly, they had high awareness of the necessity of UDL principles application on night schools for people with disabilities. In addition, regarding the education level, there was a statistically significant difference in the order of the education level who had higher education level. Third, they were aware of financial support as the most important area in need of ULD application and support, followed by human support, educational environments, education and training support, etc in this order. In conclusion, this study will provide the baseline data and implications for educational directions and guidance to implement UDL principles application adult learners with disabilities in night schools for people with disabilities settings.
