체육 수업에서 교과서 활용의 가능성 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 학교 현장에서 체육 수업에 체육교과서를 사용하여 진행하고 또한 교과서에 제시된 효율적인 신체 활동을 위한 움직임 원리를 수업에 적용하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구를 위해 초등학생 31명과 체육 수업을 8개월 동안 매주 3시간씩 실시하였으며 개방형 설문을 실시하여 수업의 질 평가를 위한 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 체육교과서의 활용은 학습 내용의 확인(29%)과 신체 활동에 필요한 정보를 공유하고 효율적인 움직임을 위한 자세한 정보를 제공(51.6%)하는 것으로 설문 결과 나타났다. 교과서를 이용해 체육 수업을 하는 것에 학생들은 대부분 만족했고(96.8%) 특히 움직임 원리를 배우는 시간에 대해 긍정적인 반응(87%)을 보였다. 교육과정에 충실한 교육을 위해, 또 체육 수업에 부담이 있는 교사들을 위해, 그리고 체육 수업의 질을 향상시킬 수 있도록 체육 수업에 교과서 활용이 적극 추천된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to use physical education textbooks for physical education classes in the school field, and to apply the principles of movement for efficient physical activity suggested in the textbooks to classes. For this study, physical education classes with 31 elementary school students were conducted 3 hours per week for about 8 months, and data for evaluation of class quality were collected by conducting an open questionnaire. As a result of the study, during the experiment, the physical education textbooks were found to share information necessary for confirmation of learning content and practice(29%), and to provide detailed information for efficient movement(51.6%). Most of the students were satisfied with the physical education class using textbooks(96.8%), and especially showed positive responses to the time to learn movement principles(87%). The use of textbooks in physical education classes is highly recommended for education faithful to the curriculum, for teachers who are burdened with physical education classes, and to improve the quality of physical education cla
