국문 초록

이 연구는 대학생이 지각한 심리적, 환경적 진로장벽이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해, 서울과 경기 지역의 대학생 259명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 인구통계학적 변인 및 심리적/환경적 진로장벽, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로결정수준을 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 사용하여 통계적으로 분석하였고 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생이 지각한 심리적 진로장벽과 환경적 진로장벽은 진로결정수준에 유의한 부적인 영향력을 보였다. 둘째, 진로결정자기효능감은 진로결정수준에 유의한 정적인 영향력을 보였다. 셋째, 진로결정자기효능감은 심리적 진로장벽과 진로결정수준의 관계를 부분매개하였다. 넷째, 진로결정자기효능감은 환경적 진로장벽과 진로결정수준의 관계에 부분매개 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구가 갖는 시사점과 한계점, 후속 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of career decision making self-efficacy between psychological/environmental career barriers perceived by undergraduates and career decision levels. For this study, 259 undergraduate students of universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do answered the questionnaires which measure demographic variables, psychological/environmental career barriers, carrier decision making self-efficacy, and career decision levels. The collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs, and the results of the study are as follows: First, psychological and environmental career barriers perceived by undergraduates are found to have a significant negative effect on career decision levels. Second, career decision making self-efficacy is found to have a significant positive effect on career decision level. Third, career decision making self-efficacy partially mediated the relation between psychological career barriers and career decision levels. Lastly, career decision making self-efficacy did not mediate the relation between environmental career barriers and career decision levels. Based on aforementioned results and findings, implication, limitation and follow-up research directions are discussed.
