Research Through Actual Condition Analysis Related to Logistics Standardization of Retail Ready Packaging System

국문 초록

본 논문은 RRP를 통해서 국내 제조업체와 유통업체간 포장체계의 운영과 관련하여 문제점 및 개선점을 파악하여 해결방안과 실행방안들을 도출함으로써, 향후 제조업체와 유통업체간 물류효율 제고를 위한 포장체계운영방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적에 따라 설정되었던 총 3개의 검증내용에 대하여 카이제곱으로 각 항목별 검증을 실시하고, 분석된 연구모형의 검증내용 결과 모두 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 분석되었다(p<0.001). 물류표준화 측면을 검증한 결과 창고형 할인매장 납품시 환적할 경우 물류효율이 저하될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다(χ2=117.483, p<0.001). 표준포장치수 일람표(KS T 1002)를 인지하고 활용할 경우 파렛트 적재효율이 향상되는(χ2=95.158, p<0.001) 반면 표준포장치수일람표(KS T 1002)의 규격을 적용할 수 없는 진열대의 규격일 경우 표준파렛트 적재효율이 저하될 수 있음을 보여주고 있다(χ2=136.882, p<0.001). RRP진열선반 규격의 표준화를 통해 물류효율화를 도모할 수 있고, 물류효율화를 통해 사회적인 낭비가 원천적으로 제거되는 효과를 기대해 볼 수 있을 것이다. 제조업체와 유통업체간 물류효율을 향상시키기 위한 포장체계는 근본적으로 공급망에 걸친 ULS의 정합성 여건 확보와 일관성 준수 의지 및 수준 향상이 단일 사업장 내부에서 뿐만이 아니라 공급망에 참여하는 모든 사업장에 걸쳐서 이루어지도록 해야 한다는 시각에서 볼 때 표준화 측면의 포장체계 운영 관련 접근이 필수적임을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 표준화 측면의 우선순위 분석을 통해서도 ULS 정합성 및 일관성 미흡으로 인한 문제가 가장 시급하게 해결되어야 할 문제로 분석되었다. 따라서 파렛트와의 정합성을 고려한 RRP 디자인은 RRP로 인한 유통업체의 편의성 제고 및 인건비절감과 함께 제조업체의 물류효율을 향상시켜 상호 Win-Win할 수 있는 좋은 사례가 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This thesis identifies problems and improvements related to the operation of the packaging system between domestic manufacturers and distributors through RRP, and draws solutions and implementation plans, thereby devising a packaging system operation plan to improve logistics efficiency between manufacturers and distributors in the future. To present. A total of 3 verification contents set according to the purpose of this study were verified by chi-square for each item, and the verification content results of the analyzed research model were all analyzed to be statistically significant (p<0.001). As a result of verifying the logistics standardization aspect, it was confirmed that transshipment in the case of delivery to a warehouse-type discount store could reduce logistics efficiency (χ2=117.483, p<0.001). Pallet loading efficiency is improved (χ2=95.158, p<0.001) if the standard bagging list (KS T 1002) is recognized and utilized, whereas the standard of the standard bagging table (KS T 1002) cannot be applied. In this case, it has been shown that the standard pallet loading efficiency can be reduced (χ2=136.882, p<0.001). Through standardization of RRP shelf standards, logistics efficiency can be promoted, and social waste can be fundamentally eliminated through logistics efficiency. In order to improve logistics efficiency between manufacturers and distributors, the packaging system should fundamentally ensure that ULS conformity across the supply chain and the willingness and level to comply with consistency are improved not only within a single business site, but also across all business sites participating in the supply chain. From a perspective, it was confirmed that the standardized approach to packaging system operation was essential. Also, through the prioritization analysis in terms of standardization, the problem due to the lack of ULS consistency and consistency was analyzed as the most urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, the RRP design considering the consistency with the pallet can be a good example of mutual win-win by enhancing the convenience of retailers and reducing labor costs and improving the logistics efficiency of the manufacturer.
