국문 초록

본 연구에서는 물류기업의 물류안전 활동, 투자가 재무성과에 미치는 영향 요인을 살펴보았다. 물류안전 활동과 물류성과, 기업이미지 간에는 대체로 양(+)의 결과를 도출하였다. 물류안전 활동과 재무성과 간의 관계에 있어서는 물류안전 실천과 수익성 간에는 음(-)의 관계를 보였으며 안전성, 효율성에도 부정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 안전관리, 예방관리는 수익성, 안전성, 효율성에 대체로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 물류안전 투자와 재무성과 간에는 물류 교육과 관련하여서는 수익성, 안전성, 효율성에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 반면에 운송구 비율, 비용의 지출은 수익성에 부정적인 영향을 보였으며 효율성, 안전성에도 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 근로자 복지와 관련한 임금 수준과 재무성과 간에는 매출과 순이익 증가율은 다소 낮았으나 ROE에는 양(+)의 관계를 보였으며 안전성, 효율성에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 복지 지출과 관련하여서는 수익성과는 양(+), 안전성은 음(-)의 결과를 나타냈으며 효율성은 다소 떨어지는 결과를 보였다.

영문 초록

Purpose : This study aims to is to analyze the impact of safety activities and investment of logistics companies on their financial performance. Research design, data, methodology : In this study, multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine how safety activities and investment impact financial performance. Safety activities variables from logistics company workers were surveyed with a Likert scale. Profitability, stability, and growth variables were measured by utilizing financial performance. Results : The logistics safety activities, logistics performance, and corporate image generally indicated positive relations. Also there was a negative relationship between safety practice and profitability, and it also negatively impacted safety and efficiency. Safety management and preventive management have generally been shown to have a positive impact on profitability, stability, and efficiency. Also it had a positive impact on profitability, stability, and efficiency in relation to logistics education. On the other hand, spending on delivery equipment ratio and expenses had a negative impact on profitability, efficiency, and stability. Conclusions : Although sales and net income growth rates were low between wage levels and financial performance related to worker welfare, they showed positive relationship to ROE and also positive impacted on stability and efficiency. With respect to a company s welfare spending, the results were positive for profitability and negative for stability, and somewhat less efficient.
