국문 초록

본 논문은 관련분야 선행연구가 미미하였던 제조업체와 유통업체간 물류효율 제고를 위한 포장체계운영방안에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. Retail Ready Packaging을 통해서 국내 제조업체와 유통업체간 포장체계의 운영과 관련하여 문제점 및 개선점을 파악하여 해결방안과 실행방안들을 도출함으로써, 향후 제조업체와 유통업체간 물류효율 제고를 위한 포장체계운영방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 파트너쉽 측면을 검증한 결과 상호 목록화된 Check List가 있을 경우 객관적이고 합리적인 상호 보완의 기능을 발휘할 수 있으며(χ2=121.864, p<0.001), 포장체계 관련 협의체 구성 및 운영은 인식의 차이를 해소하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 나타났다(χ2=120.068, p<0.001). 이와 함께 Retail Ready Packaging의 경우 이익을 공유하고 분배하는 시스템을 구축함으로써 상생경영에 기여할 수 있으며(χ2=106.730, p<0.001), 파트너쉽의 향상을 통해 신제품 구성 초기단계부터 제조업체 패키징 담당자가 참여하고 파렛트와의 정합성을 고려한 규격 등 적재효율 향상을 위한 의견이 반영된다면 물류효율이 향상될 것임이 명확해진 것이다(χ2=114.422, p<0.001). 이와 같은 협력방법의 준비를 통해 본 연구에서 제시된 구조적 요인들에 대한 적절하고 효율적인 경영관리를 위하여 제조업체와 유통업체간 각 당사자들이 유기적으로 Collaboration될 때 물류효율향상을 위한 포장체계 운영과 관련된 모든 변수들이 통합적인 관점에서 관리되고 운영될 수 있을 것이다. 이를 통해 새롭게 구성되는 제품의 규격이 파렛트와의 정합성 향상으로 이어질 경우 물류비절감과 사회적 낭비제거는 물론 하역 및 운반 중의 안전 및 품질관리와 친환경 경영에도 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This paper conducted a study on the packaging system operation plan to improve logistics efficiency between manufacturers and distributors, where prior research in related fields was insignificant. By identifying problems and improvements related to the operation of the packaging system between domestic manufacturers and distributors through RRP, solutions and implementation plans were devised, thereby suggesting a packaging system operation plan to improve logistics efficiency between manufacturers and distributors in the future. As a result of verifying the partnership aspect, if there is a mutually-listed Check List, the objective and rational complementary function can be demonstrated (χ2=121.864, p<0.001), and the composition and operation of a consultation body related to the packaging system resolves the difference in perception. It was found to be able to contribute (χ2=120.068, p<0.001). In addition, in the case of RRP, it can contribute to win-win management by establishing a system for sharing and distributing profits (χ2=106.730, p<0.001), It is clear that logistics efficiency will improve if the manufacturer’s packaging manager participates from the initial stage of new product composition through the improvement of partnership and opinions for improving loading efficiency, such as standards that consider consistency with pallets, are reflected (χ2=114.422, p<< 0.001). Through the preparation of such a cooperative method, all variables related to the operation of the packaging system for improving logistics efficiency when the parties between manufacturers and distributors are organically collaborated for appropriate and efficient management of the structural factors presented in this study. It will be able to be managed and operated from an integrated perspective. Through this, if the newly constructed product standard leads to improved consistency with the pallet, it will have a positive effect on reducing logistics costs and eliminating social waste, as well as safety and quality control during unloading and transportation, and eco-friendly management.
