현장 사례를 활용한 첨삭 지도 모형 설계

국문 초록

본고의 목적은 현장에서의 지도사례를 바탕으로 첨삭지도에 대한 학습자의 요구를 분석하고 첨삭지도 모형을 설계하여 첨삭지도의 효율적인 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 학습자들은 첨삭지도가 글쓰기 능력의 향상에 기여한다는 측면에서 긍정적으로 평가하고 있다. 그러나 항목별 첨삭효과에 대한 학습자의 인식, 첨삭의 방향, 첨삭태도는 변화되어야 한다는 입장을 보였다. 이제까지 교수자들의 첨삭지도는 주로 어휘규범과 문장규범 중심으로 이루어졌다. 그러나 학습자가 원하는 첨삭지도는 미시적이고 표현적 영역보다는 글의 구성이나 내용전개, 글의 체계와 관련된 거시적이고 이해적 영역이었다. 또한 첨삭지도가 첨삭기준과 오류항목을 중심으로 오류사항을 간단히 지적하고, 조언하는 형식으로 이루어지기보다 좀더 구체적으로 이루어지기를 원했으며, 명료한 수정방향을 제시해 주기를 원했다. 그리고 첨삭 태도에 있어서도 비판과 지적 중심의 첨삭보다는 격려하고 칭찬해 주는 첨삭을 요구했다. 본 첨삭지도모형 설계는 학습자의 실제적인 요구조건을 고려하면서, 내용, 구성, 표현을 기본요소로 하여 첨삭기준안을 마련하고, 이것을 수업 또는 개인첨삭 사례에 적용하여, 첨삭지도모형을 도출하는 과정을 거쳤다. 첨삭지도모형은 실제 수업 중에 진행된 교과영역의 공개첨삭과 글쓰기 센터 상담 프로그램에서 진행된 비교과 영역인 대면첨삭으로 구분했다. 공개첨삭의 경우, 북리뷰를 표본글로 활용하여, 자료 분석, 문제점 탐색, 총평 및 영역별 조언, 개요 재작성, 수정본 완성의 수순으로 설계했다. 특히 강의실에서 이루어지는 첨삭과정은 첨삭피드백과 고쳐쓰기가 상호역동적으로 이루어지면서 교수자 첨삭, 학생 자기첨삭, 동료 협력첨삭이 순차적으로 이루어 지도록 했다. 대면첨삭의 경우, 전공영역의 첨삭자료, 토론 논술문의 첨삭자료를 활용하여 공개첨삭에서 이루어지는 일반 단계를 적용하되 장르적 특성을 고려하여 단계를 첨가하거나 생략했다. 첨삭지도모형은 교육 현장에서 실제에 적용된 결과에 의해 산출된 것으로 이론과 실제의 접점을 찾아 첨삭지도 방안의 활로를 마련하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

영문 초록

A goal of this study is not only to analyze learners demand for correction tutor but also to seek efficient direction by designing a better model plan for correction tutor. Learners evaluate correction tutor positively from the aspect of its contribution to the improvement of learners writing ability. However, they elucidate their standpoint clearly that the direction, attitude and learner s awareness of itemized rating of the correction tutor should be changed. Correction tutor has been done till now mainly around vocabulary and sentence criterion. But Learners want far sighted & comprehensive tutor rather than partial, expressive one relating to plot, development of contents, system of writing. In addition, they want the correction tutor to be more specific as well as to suggest clear direction rather than just pointing out mistake or criticizing. Furthermore, they want the attitude of correction tutor to be more encouraging and complimental. The Model plan for the correction tutor is sorted out as face to face correction proceeded in counseling program of writing center, non curriculum area and open correction proceeded in the classroom, curriculum area. In case of open correction , it is designed in the order of analyzing the material, searching for the problem, general evaluation & areal advice, rewriting of abstract, completion of revised writing using the book review as the standard writing. In special case of correction done in lecture room, teacher s correction, student s self correction, colleague s cooperative correction are placed in the order. In case of face to face correction, general steps for the public correction are adopted but some steps are added or omitted considering the characteristics of genre. I believe this model plan suggests more effective way of correction tutor as it is constructed with the special effort to find the interface between theory and practice, which means it utilizes lots of case studies through the field experiences.
