국문 초록

본 연구에서는 치매노인 정책 및 정보의 신뢰성을 증진하고 전문가, 국민, 정부의 상호이해 증진하며 치매노인문제에 대한 국민의 불안감 해소를 위해 치매노인 정책소통(Policy communication)의 전략수립 및 관리체계를 모색하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구의 검색 키워드는 ‘치매관리’이며 본 연구는 노인 치매관리정책의 전반적인 정책소통에 대한 검색량의 예측을 위하여 치매관리 인프라확충, 환자 및 가족의 경제부담 완화, 경증환자 등 관리대상 확대 등에 대하여 확인하였다. 분석결과, 치매국가책임제의 정책소통 검색에 미치는 영향을 예측하는 것으로 경증화자 등 관리대상 확대 수가 많을수록, 치매국가책임제의 정책소통 검색은 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 치매에 대한 지식과 치매 환자에 대한 치료 돌봄 전문성과 더불어 치매 환자의 가족에 대한 이해를 향상시키는 것이다. 그리고, 제3차 치매관리종합계획의 목표 중 하나가 가족의 부담경감이고, 치매국가책임제에서도 가족을 대상으로 한 상담과 휴가제 지원에 대한 확대 등이 요구되고 있음이 파악되었다.

영문 초록

This study seeks to establish a policy communication strategy and management system for the elderly with dementia in order to improve the reliability of policy and information for the dementia elderly, promote mutual understanding between experts, the public, and the government, and to relieve public anxiety about the elderly with dementia. I want to. To this end, the search keyword in this study is dementia management , and this study expands dementia management infrastructure, relieves the economic burden of patients and families, and manages patients with mild symptoms to predict the search volume for the overall policy communication of the elderly dementia management policy. Confirmation of the enlargement, etc. As a result of the analysis, it was predicted the effect of the dementia national responsibility system on the policy communication search. It was found that the larger the number of management targets such as mild speakers, the more the policy communication search of the dementia national responsibility system increased. This study aims to improve the knowledge of dementia and the care and care expertise of dementia patients, as well as the understanding of the family of dementia patients. In addition, it was found that one of the goals of the 3rd Comprehensive Dementia Management Plan is to reduce the burden on the family, and the national dementia responsibility system requires counseling for families and expanding support for the vacation system.
