영문 초록

This paper aims to review the concept of disaster resilience by surveying literatures and to build model for community resilience through case study. We try to build a framework which positions community resilience as an integral variable in understanding the ability of impacted areas to effectively manage the consequences of disasters. This paper provided an integration of the literatures and provided the theoretical justification for a new conceptualization for understanding and measuring community-level resilience to Hebei Spirit oil spill.
