국문 초록

본 연구는 사회자본의 유용성이 일반유아교사와 특수유아교사의 직무성과에 어떠한 영향력을 미치는지에 대한 실증적 연구이다. 즉, 학교 내에서의 네트워크, 신뢰, 규범 등과 같은 사회적 자본을 증진하고자 하였다. 궁극적으로 일반·특수유아교사가 인식하고 있는 조직내 사회자본이 어느 정도 상이할 것 이라는 판단 하에 직무성과를 제고시키고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 교육효과 제고의 성공요인으로 본 연구에서는 교육적인 측면에서 학교구성원인 교사·학부모·학생 들 간의 사회적인 유대관계와 연결망들의 사회자본 형성을 중심으로 보고자 한다. 사회자본 형성에 대한 분석 결과를 살펴보았을때, 특수유아 대상자들의 교육질의 향상과 일반유아대상자 등을 포함한 학교구성원 모두가 협력적인 네트워크와 신뢰를 바탕으로 정보공유가 필요하다. 즉, 일반·특수유아교사와 상호작용을 위해서는 특수유아교수의 의견을 수용하고 교과개발 및 업무요구 사항에 대해 관심을 보여야 할 것이다. 또한 일반적으로 경쟁위주의 인사정책, 업무량의 증가 등 일반유아교사들이 갖고 있는 애로사항을 상호이해하며 원활한 의사소통 등 사회자본의 긍정적인 형성에 장애되는 요인들을 찾아서 점차적으로 해결해 나가야 할 것이다. 따라서 일반·특수유아교사들의 사회자본 형성이 유아교육 분야에 효과적으로 나타나기 위해서는 체계적인 사회자본 확충전략이 모색될 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study is an empirical study on the usefulness of social capital on the job performance of general infant teachers and special early childhood teachers. In other words, we tried to promote social capital such as network, trust and norms within the school. In the end, it is the job performance to be improved by judging that the social capital in the organization recognized by general and special early childhood teachers will be different to some extent. In this study, we focus on the formation of social ties between teachers, parents, and students who are school members in terms of education and social networks of networks. When we analyze the results of the analysis on the formation of social capital, it is necessary to share information on the basis of cooperative network and trust for all the school members including the improvement of education quality of special infants and general infants. In other words, in order to interact with the general and special early childhood teachers, it is necessary to accept the opinions of special early childhood professors and show interest in the subject development and work requirements. In addition, it is necessary to find the obstacles to the positive formation of social capital such as mutual understanding and common understanding of difficulties of teachers in general, such as competition - oriented personnel policy and increase in workload, and gradually solve them. Therefore, in order for the formation of social capital of general and special early childhood teachers to be effective in the field of early childhood education, systematic expansion of social capital needs to be sought.
