상담 분야의 내러티브 탐구 동향분석(2009년∼2018년)

국문 초록

본 연구는 2009년부터 2018년까지 10년간 국내 학술지를 중심으로 상담분야에서 Clandinin과 Connelly가 제시한 절차에 따라 내러티브 탐구로 수행된 54편의 논문을 대상으로 연구주제, 연구 참여자, 자료형성방법 등에 초점을 두어 동향을 분석하였다. 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상담분야에서 Clandinin과 Connelly가 제시한 절차에 따라 내러티브 탐구로 수행된 논문은 2015년을 기점으로 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있다. 둘째, 연구주제는 연구 참여자의 특정 경험(27.7%), 상담자 경험(22.2%), 내담자의 상담경험(20.4%), 정체성(13%), 외상/어려움에서 회복경험(11.1%), 상담자-내담자 경험(5.6%) 순으로 연구 참여자의 특정 경험에 대한 탐구가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구 참여자에 대한 분석은 성인을 대상으로 한 연구가 전체의 50%를 차지할 만큼 가장 활발히 수행되는 것으로 나타났으며, 성인 대상의 연구들은 어머니(14.8%), 남성(9.3%), 중년기(5.6%) 등으로 분류되었다. 연구 참여자 수는 3명 이하가 74.2%로 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자료형성방법은 주로 인터뷰 대화(61.1%)를 활용하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 상담 분야에서의 내러티브 탐구의 발전을 위한 시사점을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed trends in 54 papers conducted in the narrative inquiry method in the field of counseling according to the procedures of Clandinin and Connelly and published in domestic journals for the last ten years of 2009~2018 with a focus on research topics, participants, and data formation methods. The findings were summarized as follows: first, there was a growing tendency of papers conducted in the narrative inquiry method according to the procedures of Clandinin and Connelly in the field of counseling since 2015; second, the most popular research topic was certain experiences of participants(27.7%), which were followed by experiences of counselors(22.2%), counseling experiences of clients(20.4%), identity(13%), experiences of recovery from trauma/difficulty(11.1%), and counselor-client experiences(5.6%) in the order. There were the most inquiries into certain experiences of participants; third, as for the analysis of participants, 50% of the researches targeted adults, who were the most active subject of analysis. The subjects of researches targeting adults were classified into mothers(14.8%), male(9.3%), and middle-aged people(5.6%). As for the number of participants, three or fewer was the highest at 74.2%; and finally, interview talks(61.1%) were usually used for data formation. Based on these findings, the study proposed implications for the development of narrative inquiry in the field of counseling.
