국문 초록

본 연구는 거래기업들 간의 공급자 의존성과 구매자 의존성, 구조적·관계적·인지적 자본으로서 사회적 자본, 상생협력과 지속가능성 간의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 즉, 거래기업들과의 거래관계에서 상호의존성을 지각하는 경우 사회적 자본의 형성에 영향을 미칠 수 있으며, 나아가 사회적 자본의 형성은 상생협력 및 지속가능성에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 규명하는 것이다. 연구가설의 검정 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 공급자 의존성은 구조적, 관계적, 인지적 자본 모두에 유의한 정(＋)의 영향을 미치며, 구매자 의존성은 구조적 자본과 인지적 자본에만 유의한 정(＋)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 검정되었다. 사회적 자본은 상생협력에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않으며, 인지적 자본만이 지속가능성에 유의한 정(＋)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 검정되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 공급자 의존성과 구매자 의존성으로서 상호의존성은 사회적 자본의 제고에 중요한 역할을 한다. 그러나 사회적 자본의 제고는 상생협력 및 지속가능성 제고에 전체적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 검정되어 공급사슬에서의 상생협력 및 지속가능성으로의 발전에는 미흡한 것으로 검정되었지만, 중소기업의 역량 제고를 통하여, 공급사슬 전체 기업들이 상생협력과 지속가능성의 달성이 필요로 하다는 것을 제시한다.

영문 초록

This study examines the relationship between supplier dependence, buyer dependence, Relational. Social capital as cognitive capital, and the relationship between win-win cooperation and sustainability. In other words, perceiving interdependence in transactional relationships with trading companies can affect the formation of social capital, and furthermore, the formation of social capital can affect win-win cooperation and sustainability. The results of the research hypothesis are as follows. First, supplier dependency has a positive ( ) effect on structural capital, ＋ relational capital, and cognitive capital, and buyer dependency has positive (＋) effect on structural capital and cognitive capital. Social capital has no significant effect on win-win cooperation, and only positive capital has a positive effect on sustainability. As a result of examining the mediating effects of social capital, supplier dependence and buyer dependency have a positive (＋) positive effect on win - win cooperation and sustainability, and a higher influence on win - win cooperation and sustainability through mediating effects of social capital. These results show that interdependence as supplier dependence and buyer dependency play an important role in enhancing social capital. And because interdependence directly affects win-win cooperation and sustainability and can have a greater impact through the mediating role of social capital, individual firms need to raise the level of interdependence, Is required.
