영재학생을 대상으로 한 국내 진로연구 동향분석 : 2009~2018년 국내 연구 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 영재학생을 대상으로 한 국내 진로연구의 동향을 분석하여 관련 연구가 나아가야 할 방향을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 2009년도에서 2018년도까지 최근 10년간 영재학생의 진로연구와 관련된 논문 중 학위논문 43편, 국내학술등재지(KCI)를 통해 발표된 논문 43편, 총 86편을 대상으로 연도별, 연구대상별, 연구유형별, 연구주제별, 검사도구별로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 2014년 이후로 영재학생의 진로연구는 꾸준히 증가하는 추세였고, 초등학교 5학년부터 중학교 3학년까지의 영재학생이 주요 연구대상이었다. 연구유형으로는 조사연구가 가장 많이 사용되었으며 연구주제별 범주로 진로변인, 성격·정서, 학업·교육, 애착·부모 관계, 기타 순으로 나타났고, 진로변인으로 진로성숙이 가장 많았다. 동일한 진로변인을 측정하는데 각기 다른 검사도구가 사용되었고 다양한 하위변인을 사용하였다. 연구결과를 중심으로 향후 영재학생의 진로와 관련된 연구방향에 대해 논의하였고, 본 연구를 통해 영재학생 진로연구의 흐름을 파악하여 우리나라 영재학생의 진로탐색 및 진로지도에 대한 반성과 향후 4차 산업혁명의 패러다임을 반영한 영재학생의 진로 및 하위변인의 연구와 이에 관련된 정책적 지원에 대한 연구의 필요성이 제시되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends related to the career of gifted students and to provide basic data for researches on career of gifted children in the future. We analyzed the contents of 86 studies related to career of gifted students published in KCI(Korea Ctitation Index) and thesis for a degree from 2009 to 2018 by year, targets, research type, research subjects, and measurement tools. According to the analysis, since 2014, the study of the career of gifted students has been steadily increasing, and the study of gifted students from fifth grade of elementary school to third grade of middle school was the main targets. As a research type, survey was used the most. It was presented in the following categories: career variable, personality·emotion, academic·education, attachments·parents relationship, and others. ‘Career variable’ was the frequent in topic words. Different measuring tools were used to measure the same path variable, and various sub-variants of the measuring tool were used. Based on the research results, we discussed the direction of future research related to the career of gifted students. this study identified the trend of the career research for gifted students, and presented the need for policy research related to the career research of gifted students, reflecting the future paradigm of the 4th industrial revolution, and reflecting the course map of gifted students in Korea.
