영문 초록

As the demand for traditional lodging facilities increases with the attention to the Korean Wave culture and traditional culture experience, the number of traditional Korean-style guest houses built by local governments is also increasing. Traditional Hanok Hotel, the subject of this study, needs to be analyzed for feasibility analysis as it could lead to financial burden on local governments if they fail to verify the adequacy and feasibility of investment due to high unit price. In this study, economic feasibility analysis is performed on the establishment of a traditional Hanok Hotel based on the results of cost estimates, profit estimates, calculation of estimated profit and loss, and the estimated business cash flow for effective financial management of Local Governments.
